Has expertise in negotiating, preparing execution tenders, managing budget control for the variety of activities included in the work processes that are complex in the construction of various structures.

Expert in project management with all its components: schedule, budget, tenders, meeting goals and characterisation of unique methods for managing a quality control system in the field.
