Construction of an office and commercial tower with an area of 22,000 square meters.

Yanshovsky – Ad 120 Ramat Hachayal

As part of the project: an addition of two floors to an existing sheltered housing structure, which includes dismantling and relocating systems and raising the nuclei and stairwells. And finally - a steel skeleton, curtain walls and all the finishes and systems in the rooms themselves.

Yuvalim – Ashdod Kochav Hatzafon

The project includes four 27-story buildings with a total of 650 units.

Bonie Hatichon – ELLA Modi’in

The project includes four 12-15 story terraced buildings that include: a unique lobby, high-speed elevators, an underground parking lot, a warehouse floor, and more. The design and construction of the buildings combine leading technologies to preserve the environment and energy efficiency.

Bonie Hatichon – VINEYARD Ashkelon

The project will include three residential areas. In each there’ll be 2 buildings with 7 stories located around an internal, closed garden. Each residential area will include 114 apartments in a diverse mix of 3,4, and 5 rooms, garden apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses.

Bonie Hatichon – ONO ONE Kiryat Ono

The project includes 4- and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses. The project is considered one of the largest projects in Israel and includes nine towers of 20-21 floors each.
