Sending an inspection discrepancy via mobile phone directly from the field to the treating contractor. The system automatically filters the inspection and sends the specific defect to each contractor individually responsible for the treatment. All response / documentation of the repair is done using the Q4B app. After reference / correction (dialog box) by the contractor, the system will notify the person in charge that the control has been handled and repaired, but only after its final approval. The entire process of closing the control is done in a convenient and simple way from the palm of the hand, without the need to print reports, send emails, etc.
